The wine has an excellent mouthfeel and perfectly pairs with all the light antipasti of the Italian tradition, like Caprese salad, sautéed mussels, etc.
It is an awesome match with pasta  courses with light fish and sauce, soft to medium aged cheeses (like Asiago Mezzano). Alcohol 12% vol. Total SO2 is 25 mg/l (half are coming from the natural fermentation). Total production: 2.500 bottles (750 ml). Clear glass and cork closure.
