Muskat Ottonel, Sauvignon Blanc and Welschriesling grapes care destemmed but not crushed. Co-fermentation of all threes varieties together in an open vat with daily manual punch down for 3 weeks. Gently pressed and further maturation in used Hungarian barriques for two years. Bottling without any filtration, finings or additions.
Food pairing: Perfect match to any seafood and smoked fish.
