The grapes are harvested mechanically and processed according to the specificity of the plot.
The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and the ageing process is in barriques (1/4 new) for 12 months, followed by long bottle ageing.
The 2015 is an epic vintage while the 2018 is a rich one. Nose: Inviting nose of cassis, blackberry, raspberry, licorice, cocoa with a hint of menthol in the background. Palate: Nice fruit on the palate. Spicy finish with pleasant and rich mouthfeel. Allow 30 minutes in order to let aromas and flavors open up.
