Verriere Ventoux Red 2014
(60% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 15% Cinsault, 5% Carignan, 5% Mourvedre). Grass plowed every two rows. After complete destemming, maceration took place for 15 to 20 days. After steel vats fermentation, this wine has been aged in concrete vats for 10 months. Total production: 23.000 bottles and 700 magnums.
