Le Clos 2018
6 Ha farmed organically with Ecocert certification from the 2019 harvest onwards. No use of pesticides and herbicides, just copper and sulphur. Vinification in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. Light and daily pumping. Macerated for 7 days.
Fermentation without too much extraction to preserve aromas and tastes of fresh fruits. Racked twice. Unfined and unfiltered.
Le Clos displays a nose marked by freshness and abundant red cherries. Nice touch on the palate with fine tannins and lingering refreshing herbal tones on the finish. 13% AbV.
