Hand harvested grapes are destemmed and fermented grapes are delicately pressed. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in 500 L open vats. Aged 3 years in 500 L and 225 L used oak barrels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Full bodied (14,5% AbV), dry red wine with notes of pencil lead, wood shavings, mushrooms, wet earth and dark berries, simultaneously rich and lean.
