Hand harvested grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 12 months in used 500 Liters, 225 Liters oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Full bodied, dry and rich white wine with great acidity and texture. Notes of quince, cotton candy, pear, candied pineapple and bruised apple skin, hint of white flower and a lemon peel finish.
