“Dire bere baciare” is a particular wine, away from conventional patterns: an aromatic white wine macerated on its own skins for ten days.The smell is sweet and suggests the potpourri and the green tea. We produce it only in certain vintages, and this makes it even more unique.
A very powerfull scent of flowers and dried fruit, like apricots and candied oranges, suggesting also the potpourri and the green tea. On the palate is dry and mineral, with an aftertaste that gives you back the flavours perceived with the smell.
