Tempranillo 80% – Syrah 20%.
The two varieties were processed separately. Maceration 9 days. Fermentation in stainless steel tank, settling, at controlled temperature to preserve the varieties’  aromas. Not stabilized, unfined and unfiltered. Stabilized only by winter’s cold.
