Vines are trained with Guyot and spurred cord system at 250 meters above the sea level. The vinification process starts with a careful selection of the grape bunches always picked at the right level of ripeness. Fermented in tank and aged in French second passage oak barrique for 24 months, according to the main characteristic of the vintage, the wine is then transferred to tanks for other 12 months.
