Saumur Champigny Cabernet Franc Glouglou 2019

Short maceration (3 days) and natural fermentation in stainless steel tanks, then aging in
tanks for 5 months. Few inputs, only a few grams of sulfur before bottling. Non clarified wine. Slow and light filtration on earth.
Sharp red fruits on raspberry and blackcurrant notes are revealed on the nose and in the mouth, both combined with a nice freshness. The juicy fruitiness is accompanied by soft tannins towards a crisp finish.
