Maluna 2020

Harvest: hand made. Vinification: concrete vats. Maceration: 12 hours, no controlled temperature. Alcoholic Fermentation: Spontaneous with indigenous yeast. Malolactic fermentation: done spontaneously as well.
Sulphur added: only before the bottling. The wine is not stabilized mechanically, nor clarified (suitable for vegans) and filtered.
