The small red Tintilia grape today represents the indigenous variety of Molise, since it is not cultivated elsewhere in Italy.
This is a carbonic maceration wine fermented in steel vats with the whole grapes bunch in order to obtain freshness and lively notes. Our viticulture policy is strictly organic. In the cellar fermentation starts spontaneously through only indigenous yeast present on the grape’s skin.
The Tintilia sourced for our Beat wine comes from high altitude vineyards where temperature excursions allow a long ripening season. Enjoy this nice sip displaying unique characteristics with balance between notes of berries and spice, soft tannins and a delicate floral hint of wild rose. Hand-made, no cellar manipulation. Not clarified nor filtered.
