Tintilia Lame del Sorbo

The small red Tintilia grape today represents the indigenous variety of Molise, since it is not cultivated elsewhere in Italy.
From our high altitude hills and made only with 100% estate grown grapes, Lame del Sorbo displays unique characteristics with balance between notes of berries and spice, soft tannins and a delicate floral hint of wild rose. Our viticulture policy rejects the use of any chemical product in the vineyard. In the cellar fermentation starts spontaneously in stainless steel vats through only indigenous yeast present on the grape’s skin. Hand-made, no cellar manipulation. Unoaked, not clarified nor filtered. This wine can possibly throw some sediments.
